JS Bootcamp Program in Porto

DSR is launching a JavaScript Bootcamp for students in Porto who want to grow their frontend development skills in a real engineering environment.

This program is designed for final-year Bachelor’s and Master’s students who are ready to deepen their knowledge of TypeScript and React, work on practical tasks, and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced engineers.

The program combines lectures, practical assignments, mentorship, and in-office collaboration, giving participants the opportunity to experience how a real development team works.

Program Overview

• Part-time hybrid format
• 1-month intensive training with 5 practical lessons
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React
• Mentorship from Senior Engineers
• Training conducted in English
• Opportunity to join the DSR team after successful completion

📍 Location — DSR Office, Porto
📅 Program dates — August-September 2026

Program Format

Each week participants attend an in-office lecture led by Senior Engineers. After the lecture, students receive practical assignments and continue working on them in the office with mentor support.

Each participant will be assigned a mentor who will support them throughout the program, help with assignments, and provide feedback on homework and practical tasks.

Participants will spend approximately 4 hours in the office during each session.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for highly motivated students who:
— are in the final year of Bachelor’s studies or currently enrolled in a Master’s program
— study Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
— have basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
— have good English communication skills
— are interested in frontend development
— are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment

Enrollment Process

1. CV Submission
Candidates submit their CV and a short introduction.

2. CV Screening
Applications are reviewed during the registration period, and selected candidates are invited to take the online test.

3. Online Test
We will invite selected students to complete an online technical test (August 3-5, 2026).

4. Interview
Candidates who successfully pass the test are invited to an interview (August 7-12, 2026).

5. Final Selection and Training Start
The program will start on August 14, 2026.
